It is a Volunteering Organization. It also  Non-political, Non-profitable, Non-Government and Charitable Organization.  It is for social development, scientific research, innovation and also building up awareness about the activates of the central & local government. The foundation  will be abide by all rules, regulations and laws of the country. The foundation will be held responsible for their own activities. The Registering authority will not be responsible for activity of the registered entity. “All the objects mentioned hereunder will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the Government and concerned authority or competent authority and the objects contrary to the provision of section 20 of the Society registration Act 1860 shall be treated as ineffective.”
